How to use
Wipe the area where the pads will sit and dampen it lightly with water or a water-based conductive gel. Lay both metal pads flat on your skin, switch the device on and start at intensity level 1. Raise the level slowly until you can clearly feel it but it still feels comfortable.
Most sessions last 10–15 minutes.

Does Vidaloop knead or vibrate?
No. There are no rotating kneading heads inside. It works with adjustable EMS pulses plus soothing heat.
What does EMS feel like?
On low levels it feels like a soft tingle or pulse. Higher up, it becomes more like steady, rhythmic tapping. You should clearly feel it, but it should never hurt.
Why can’t I feel the EMS pulses?
EMS needs both metal pads fully touching clean, slightly damp skin. Add a little water or water-based conductive gel, reposition the pads and start again on a low level.
How should I choose an intensity level?
Start at level 1 and go up slowly. Stronger isn’t better: the right level is one you can feel clearly that stays comfortable, with no pain or irritation.
How long should I use it?
Around 15 minutes per session. Follow the user guide, and stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, skin irritation or anything unusual.
How fast does it heat up?
The heat starts in about 3 seconds, and there are three settings so you can choose how warm it gets.
How heavy is it?
