FAQ
What does EMS feel like?
On low levels it feels like a soft tingle or pulse. Higher up, it becomes more like steady, rhythmic tapping. You should clearly feel it, but it should never hurt.
How fast does it heat up?
The heat starts in about 3 seconds, and there are three settings so you can choose how warm it gets.
How long should I use it?
Around 15 minutes per session. Follow the user guide, and stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, skin irritation or anything unusual.
How long does the battery last?
One charge of the 500 mAh battery gives about 10 to 12 sessions. A full USB-C charge takes about 90 minutes.
Will it fit my neck?
The open pendant frame is made to sit comfortably on most adult necks. How well the pads touch your skin can vary with neck shape.
Who should not use Vidaloop?
Don’t use it if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic medical device. If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition or reduced skin sensation, or have had neck or shoulder surgery recently, talk to a qualified healthcare professional first.
